摘要
目的观察并评估频域光学相干断层扫描在黄斑部病变的应用价值。方法回顾分析2010年5月13日至2010年6月13日在广东省人民医院眼科就诊的49例累及眼底黄斑部的患者，用频域光学相干断层扫描的检查结果。结果49例累及黄斑部的眼底疾病患者频域光学相干扫描图像显示其各自特征性形态学改变。结论频域光学相干断层扫描对于黄斑部疾病的诊断及随诊是一种可靠的无创性检查方法。
Objective To evaluate the application of the spectral domain optical coherence tomography in macular diseases. Methods Retrospective analysis the data of spectral domain optical coherence tomography which from 49 patients with macular diseases whom were received treatment from 13th May 2010 to 13th June 2010 at department of ophthalmology in Guangdong General Hospital. Results The 49 patients＇ OCT examination images showed characteristic morphological changes in different macular diseases. Conclusions Spectral domain optical coherence tomography is a reliable and noninvasive examination method for the diagnosis of macular disease and for the foUow up procedure,
