摘要
目的了解北京市昌平区大学生对艾滋病知晓及性行为情况,为今后在大学生中开展艾滋病宣传教育的内容及方法提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,运用自填式问卷调查北京市昌平区某所大学800名学生,收集大学生对艾滋病认知情况。结果大学生的艾滋病知识知晓率为89.00%,传播途径知晓率较高。有46人(5.75%)报告曾有过性行为,但安全套使用率并不高。未检测出HIV抗体阳性者,梅毒抗体和丙肝抗体阳性率分别为0.12%。结论大学生对艾滋病知识的掌握还不全面,存在不安全性行为。加强大学生性生理健康教育及艾滋病性病教育,对控制艾滋病性病的传播、促进青少年性健康具有重要意义。
Objective To assess the AIDS knowledge and behaviors on HIV/AIDS among university students in Beijing＇s suburb and to provide scientific information and methods of AIDS-related health education among them. Methods Eight hundred university students were recruited in Changping district of Beijing through cluster random sampling.Questionnaires were self-administered to collect information about AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors. Results The rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge among them was 89.00%.5.75%（46 students） reported that they had sexual behaviors before marriage.The rate for using condoms among them was low.The HIV infection rate of them was zero,the infection rates of both Syphilis and HCV were 0.12%. Conclusions The HIV/AIDS knowledge among university students was limited.The phenomenon of unsafe sexual behavior was existed.It is very important to strengthen HIV/AIDS and sexual health education among them to control HIV/AIDS transmission and to improve the sexual health.
