摘要
为了施工2505工作面专用回风巷,2705回风巷需要施工风桥。对风桥施工工艺进行了研究,对风桥原设计施工方法(回风巷先与巷道贯通,然后两边砌水泥墙,墙上铺工字钢并浇筑水泥石子)进行了优化,即在过巷处进行提前套工字钢对棚加固,并在工字钢棚梁上面铺上10 cm厚木板。实践表明,采用改进后的风桥施工方法提高了施工速度,且安全性良好,确保了矿井的安全生产。
To construct the special return airway for 2705 working face,an airbridge should be constructed in 2705 return airway.The construction technics of airbridge was studied,and the original methods were optimized.The original airbridge construction included follow steps：making ordinary roadway and return airway be connected with each other,then construct a cement wall at both side of the connecting place;put steel girders and cement,carpolite on cement wall.Optimized method was carried out as follows：first,strengthen the roadway using steel girders;second,put wood blocks on them（the wood block′s thickness is 10 centimetres）.Practice shows that optimized method improved construction speed,has good safety,ensured safety production of mine.
