摘要
目的:比较颈5椎体横突阻滞法和神经刺激仪引导下的肌间沟臂丛阻滞的效果。方法:60例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级上肢手术的病人随机分为两组,每组30例。A组应用颈5椎体横突阻滞法实施臂丛阻滞,B组应用周围神经刺激仪进行定位阻滞。对比观察两组臂丛阻滞的成功率、效果观察及并发症。结果:两组的成功率和麻醉效果无明显区别。结论:应用颈5椎体横突阻滞行肌间沟臂丛阻滞是简便可行的方法。
Objective：To compare the clinical outcomes of brachial plexus block through the transverse process of C5 and nerve block guided by nerve stimulator.Methods：Sixty American Society of Anesthesiology physical status Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergone surgery of upper extremities were randomized into two groups（n=30 for each）.Group A were undergone brachial plexus block through transverse process of C5 and group B,peripheral nerve block with nerve stimulator guidance.The two groups were observed for comparing the success of brachial nerve block and analgesia as well as complications.Results：The two groups had no significant difference regarding the successful rate and analgesic effect.Conclusion：Brachial plexus block via the transverse process appears simpler and economic.
