摘要
通过空间有限元软件MIDAS/civil对永蓝东路桥施工中所使用的挂篮进行仿真分析。分别计算了挂篮在最重梁段浇筑、挂篮行走两种工况荷载作用下,挂篮结构的应力大小及总体变形。并对挂篮的强度、刚度进行了整体校核。此外,还计算了挂篮局部结构,以保证结构局部强度、刚度符合设计规范要求。为最终设计定型,优化结构设计,保证结构安全提供了有力的理论依据。
The cradle in the construction of Yong-Lan East Bridge is simulated and analyzed here by using the finite element software MIDAS/civil. The stress and total deformation of the cradle structure are computed under the two cases for casting the cradle in the heaviest girder and its walk. Furthermore, the local cradle structure is computed so that the strength and stiffness of the local structure is also consistent with the requirements of the design norm. All these as mentioned above could provide important theoretical bases for the final design, structural optimization and the safety of the structure.
