摘要
从现状出发,分析我国电子政务外网建设存在的不足,并借鉴美国德州预算局的成功经验,提出我国电子政务外网建设应依托业务发展、规范与特色并存、吸引民间投入、安全与法律同步。
The shortcomings of E-government Network in China are analyzed based on the current situations, and four correspond- ing strategies are proposed according to the successful experiences of the Texas Budget Office in U. S. ： relying on the program development; developing both regulations and characteristics; attracting civilian input; focusing on both security and law.
