摘要
目的:探讨中西药复方制剂不良反应的发生特点和防止措施。方法:通过检索我国2007-2010年发表的文献,收集中西药复方制剂引起的不良反应案例,构建数据库,采用统计学方法进行分析。结果:共收集中西药复方制剂不良反应病案166例,涉及28种药品。其中,不良反应数量占前三位的是消渴丸、速效伤风胶囊、维C银翘片。男性95例,女性71例。不良反应累及系统-器官中,皮肤及附件损害最常见,其次是过敏性休克。结论:提高药品质量,促进合理用药,是减少不良反应发生的关键。
Objective： To investigate the occurring characteristics and preventive measures of the adverse drug reactions caused by compound preparation of Chinese-western medicines. Methods： Based on the literature retrieval of domestic periodicals between 2007 and 2010, ADR cases of compound preparation of Chinese-western medicines were analyzed by statistic method. Results： The Study showed that there were 166 detailed ADR cases （95 male and 71 female patients） induced by 28 kinds of compound preparation of Chinese-western medicines. Xiaoke pill, Suxiao Shangfeng Capsule and VC Yinqiao Pill had the most reported numbers of ADRs. Skin and its appendage impairments and allergic shock had the highest percentage in clinical manifestations of adverse drug reactions. Conclusion： It is key important to improve the rational use of the compound preparation of Chinese-western medicines and the quality of the medicines so as to reduce the compound preparation of occurrence of ADRs.
