摘要
我院临床药师在参与呼吸内科临床医疗活动中,对1例支气管扩张症患者进行了药学监护,结合药学服务理论知识,对药学监护支气管扩张症患者应关注的药学信息要点进行了分析、总结,为药师参与临床合理用药及开展药学监护工作提供参考。
Pharmaceutical care was given by clinical pharmacist to a patient with bronchiectasis during the activity of medical treatment conducted by the respiratory department of our hospital. The critical points to be applied to the pharmaceutical care of the patients with bronchiectasis were summarized combining the theory of pharmaceutical service, Reference was thus provided for pharmacists in participating in pharmaceutical care and in rational use of drugs.
