摘要
目的探讨医用臭氧仪应用于阴道炎症治疗的效果。方法选取念珠菌性、细菌性、滴虫性阴道炎患者共1052例,根据治疗方法不同,将三种炎症患者分别随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组使用臭氧治疗仪进行治疗;对照组根据炎症性质不同采取药物治疗。结果念珠菌性、细菌性、滴虫性阴道炎,观察组有效率均为100%,而对照组分别为94.75%,96.05%和95.10%,观察组疗效明显高于对照组;观察组无不良反应发生,对照组81例患者出现不良反应。结论医用臭氧仪应用于阴道炎症治疗安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Medical ozone treatment of vaginitis.Methods Select Candida,bacterial and trichomonas vaginitis patients with a total 1052 cases,according to treatment methods,the three kinds of inflammation of the patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group.Observation group treated with ozone therapy instrument;the control group according to the different nature of inflammation to take medication.Results Candida,bacterial and trichomonas vaginitis,the effective of observation group was 100%,while the control group were 94.75%,96.05% and 95.10%,the efficacy of observation group was significantly higher then control group;no adverse events in the observation group and 81 patients had adverse reactions in control group.Conclusion The medical ozone safe it＇s effective and safe treatment of vaginal inflammation,worthy of promotion.
