摘要
目的分析基层药剂人员对患者服药方法指导对用药合理性的影响,为临床药剂工作提供参考。方法选择2010年1月～12月门诊药房取药患者100例为观察组,给予详细的服药方法和注意事项指导;以同期患者100例为对照组,嘱其按药品说明书服药。以自制问卷调查两组患者用药依从性、不良反应发生率、治疗效果等差异。结果观察组患者用药依从性、治疗效果等明显优于对照组;不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药剂人员对患者进行详细的用药指导,对于提高用药依从性,保证用药安全、有效具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To analyze the primary method of pharmaceutical personnel on the patient medication guide for rational drug effects for clinical pharmacy as a reference.Methods From Jan.to Dec.2010 in our hospital outpatient pharmacy dispensary 100 patients in the observation group,to give detailed guidance medication and precautions;to the same period as the control group of 100 patients,Nursing Drug Guide by medication.Questionnaire to self-medication compliance in two groups of patients,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment and other differences.Results The patients medication compliance,treatment effects were better than the control group;incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Pharmacy staff to conduct a detailed patient medication guide for improving medication compliance,to ensure drug safety,has a positive and effective clinical significance.
