摘要
以159 000 t级双层壳油船的货舱区舷侧结构为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对该船在满载状态下的碰撞性能进行研究.采用不同的撞击参数组合,得到撞击力-位移、吸能-位移曲线及舷侧结构损伤变形图.研究表明,在碰撞模拟过程中,撞击船吨位的影响不能忽视,且初始动能越大,撞击力及舷侧结构的吸能越大.同时,通过仿真计算得到某一确定碰撞工况下被撞船舶舷侧内外壳破裂的临界速度,可为海事部门制定船舶限速提供理论依据.
Taking the side structure of a 159 000 t tanker as research object,the collision performance of the tanker at full load condition was simulated by using ANSYS / LSDYNA.Different impact parameter combinations were adopted to obtain the collision forcedisplacement curves, energy absorbingdisplacement curves,and the damage deformation of side structure.Results show that the influence of ship tonnage should not be neglected in collision simulation,and the initial kinetic energy is higher,the collision force and the energy absorption are greater.In addition,the critical velocity of the tanker shell split is obtained,which can offer the theoretical basis for maritime department.
