肾透明细胞癌的螺旋CT表现与病理对照分析 被引量：1

摘要 肾癌是最常见的后腹膜恶性肿瘤,其中以肾透明细胞癌最多,约占所有肾癌亚型的70%。肾透明细胞癌血供丰富,血运转移快,术后5年生存率较低。因此,术前准确诊断和判断肿瘤分期对治疗方案的选择和预后评估十分重要。我们对42例病理证实的肾透明细胞癌的螺旋CT表现和病理对照进行回顾性分析,探讨其CT表现和肿瘤细胞类型、细胞排列方式、肿瘤内部结构之间的关系,以期提高肾透明细胞癌术前亚型诊断的准确率。
