北京海淀区2005-2010年学生贫血状况分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的了解北京市海淀区中小学生缺铁性贫血状况动态变化,为制定有针对性的贫血干预措施提供参考。方法分层随机整群抽取海淀区全国体质调研点校7,9,12,14,17岁汉族学生,采用WHO推荐的氰化高铁法和贫血诊断标准进行筛查,比较2010年和2005年海淀区学生贫血检出率。结果 2010年海淀区中小学生贫血检出率为4.7%,低于2005年的9.1%(P<0.05);女生贫血检出率降低5.5个百分点(P<0.05)。2010年以边缘性贫血为主,占88.0%。7岁年龄组学生贫血检出率最高,之后随年龄增长而下降(P<0.01)。结论海淀区中小学生贫血检出率较低,且呈下降趋势。应采取综合防治措施,进一步巩固防治成效。
