带蒂条形阴道前壁组织交叉悬吊治疗压力性尿失禁的术式探讨

摘要 女性压力性尿失禁（stress urinary incontinence,SUI）是腹压突然增加（如咳嗽、喷嚏、大笑、提取重物或体位改变时）大于最大尿道压，在无逼尿肌收缩状态下，尿液不自主排出的疾病。
