白肋烟砍株凋萎对烟叶质量的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 白肋烟晾制质量取决于鲜烟叶品质和自然环境条件,而与田间凋萎程度也有较密切关系。通过不同田间凋萎时间对整株失水变色干燥速度及产质量影响的研究,结果表明,田间凋萎失水,降低烟株含水量,不仅可以减轻进入晾房后的排水压力,增强对不良环境的缓冲性,保证各晾制时期的顺利完成,而且还能加快失水变色干燥速度,缩短晾制时间。适宜的凋萎失水,对减少内含物消耗,增加单叶重,提高内外在质量具有良好的促成作用。最佳凋萎程度,应在避免阳光灼伤的前提下,失水率15%~20%,下部叶主支脉变软,中部叶支脉发软,主脉稍软,上部叶肉变软,支脉稍软。 The curing quality of burley tobacco depends on characteristics of fresh leaves and the natural environment conditions, at the same time closely linked to the degree the leaves wilt in the field. The effect of different duration for the leaf wilt in the field on water loss of the whole plant, the color change, the speed of drying and the quantity and quality of the leaves were studied, The results showed that the wilt and water loss in the field for several days, not only could reduce the water drainage pressure in the curing barn, increase the buffering effect on adverse conditions and ensure the curing going on smoothly, but also could quicken the water loss, the colour changing and drying and shorten the duration of curing. Adequate wilt and water loss imposed good influence on reducing the consumption of internal contents, increasing weight per leaf and improving the taste and external quality of the leaf, The best conditions for the wilting are: a. under the precondition of avoiding the sun scorch; b. the rate of water loss should ranges between 15 % - 20 %; c. the mid - rib and lateral vein of lower position leaves become sofetened; d. the lateral vein of middle leaves softened somewhat; e. the mid - rib softened a little; f. the laminas of upper leaves softened and the lateral vein a little softened.
