粉碎添加剂在提高锶铁氧体性能中的作用

The Function of Smashing Additive on Improving the Properties of Strontium Ferrites

摘要 采用两种方法粉碎添加剂,比较了粉碎效果,同时研究了添加剂粒度变化对锶铁氧体性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加剂细化过程中,气流粉碎法较球磨法粉碎效果好,且通过添加剂粒度细化,铁氧体的磁性能有显著提高,当添加剂粒度从初始的12.68μm减小至2.89μm时,其Br提高了5.13%、Hcb提高了4.79%、Hcj提高了6.02%、(BH)max提高了11.38%。 Two kinds of smashing methods on the particle size of the additive were compared, and the relationship of additive particle size and properties of ferrites was researched. The result showed that. The airflow smashing wethod was better than ball grinding wethod, and the magnetic properties of ferrites were improved obviously after additives being refined. Br, Hcb, Hcj and (BH)max were increased by 5.13 %, 4.79%, 6.02%, and 11.38% respectively when additives were refined from 12.68μm to 2.89μm.
