摘要
雪场管理要求管理者具备多种素质:包括知识、技能、人员的管理与试用、管理者本身的"魅力"等多方面。根据我省目前各雪场管理状况,管理者都是来自不同的专业,对雪场管理缺少经验,出现很多问题,如:雪场管理不规范、滑雪指导员无证上岗、雪场的安全隐患、欠缺服务意识,我们有必要使雪场管理逐步向规范化、合理化方向发展。
Resort management requires managers with a variety of quality： including the knowledge,skills,personnel management and trial,the managers themselves,＂charm＂ and so many ways.According to the current management of the resort in province,managers come from different professions,they lack of experience in Resort management,There are a lot of problems,such as： Resort management is not standardized,ski instructors undocumented posts,a lot of resort security risks,The lack of awareness of service,we need to resort management to gradually standardize and rationalize direction.
