摘要
心理健康教育是21世纪体育教育教学工作的一项重要内容,也是体育教育研究的紧迫课题。高品位的心理素质,已成为最具竞争力的人才资源要素。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,提出当前正在逐步推进的体育课程改革与广泛开展的中小学心理健康教育之间存在着内在的必然联系:体育课程改革有助于心理健康教育的深化;心理健康教育的开展也可促进体育课程改革的全面实施;全员参与、全面渗透的心理健康教育有助于体育课程改革目标的实现。
The psychological health education is an important content of the educational teaching of sports in the 21st century,it is sports that educates the urgent subject studied too.Premium psychological quality,has already become most competitive talent＇s resource key element.Literary grace this spend documents and materials law,logic analytic approach,whether sports course that put forward at present advancing progressively is it have inherent positive connection with middle and primary schools psychological health education that launch extensively to reform.The sports course reform contributes to the promotion of the psychological health education;The development of the psychological health education can promote the overall implementation of the sports course reform;The whole psychological health education participated in,permeating in an all-round way contributes to the realization of the course reform goal of sports.
