抗菌肽的分布及抗肿瘤作用 被引量:2

摘要 抗菌肽是生物体抵御外源性病原微生物入侵而产生的小分子多肽,可以选择性作用于肿瘤细胞,对正常细胞损伤小,毒性小,不易产生耐药性,有望开发成为新一代具有广阔应用前景的抗癌药物。本文从抗菌肽的分布,抗肿瘤机制,抗肿瘤方面的应用及存在的问题简要介绍。
