摘要
介绍了年产100万t的某棒材中小型轧钢车间冷床的工艺尺寸计算和冷却能力的校核。对棒材在冷床上的冷却主要考虑热辐射,采用波尔茨曼公式计算棒材冷却所需时间,求出冷床长度,并将该时间与棒材在冷床上实际通过的时间进行比较,校核了冷床长度。
The calculation of dimensions of walking beam cold bed for a medium and small bar shop with an annual production capacity of 1Mt is introduced in this paper and a verification is made to its cooling capacity.Taking heat radiation as the main type of bar cooling when the bar is crossing the cold bed,the formula of Boltzmann is used to calculate the cooling time of bar and then the length of the cooling bed can be calculated.Finally,the verification of cold bed length is made by a comparison of the calculated cooling time with the actually time that bar went across the cooling bed.
