摘要
针对球磨铸铁传压套在使用时发生的严重断裂问题,从传压套断裂宏观形貌、金相组织、化学成分、微观缺陷、热处理工艺等方面进行分析研究,结果表明:球磨铸铁中石墨的球化程度低和球化效果差是传压套断裂的直接原因。通过对原材料添加稀土元素La,采用等温淬火2次孕育工艺及提高球磨铸铁强度等措施,解决了球磨铸铁传压套断裂问题,并提出了预防措施。
Serious cracking problem of ductile iron pressure sleeve is analyzed in macroscopical shape,metallographical structure,chemical composition,microscopic defect and heat treatment technology,etc.The results show that low nodularity and bad spheroidization of ductile iron pressure sleeve result in its cracking directly.Thank to measures,such as adding La element into the raw material,adopting isothermal quenching and second inoculation technology,and enhancing the strength of ductile iron,the cracking phenomenon of ductile iron pressure sleeve is solved.In addition,cracking prevented measures for ductile iron pressure sleeve are also put forward.
