摘要
采用原始静态变形抗力模型,并考虑入口、出口弹性变形轧制力对模型的道次影响系数,进行计算优化,建立了1个优化的变形抗力模型。2种模型的对比表明,优化的模型精度更高,提高了轧制力的计算精度。
Based on a static deformation resistance model with considering the factor affecting the rolling pass caused by elastic deformation rolling force in entry and delivery zones,a optimized deformation resistance model was established through the optimization of model computation.A comparison of the two models showed that the optimized model has higher accuracy and can improve the accuracy of rolling force calculation.
