经尿道前列腺等离子电切术在高危前列腺增生中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的总结经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TUPKP)治疗高危前列腺增生的经验。方法分析我院2007年1月至2010年6月113例采用TUPKP治疗的高危前列腺增生患者的临床资料。结果111例手术获得成功,平均手术时间为56rain,2例改开放手术,无一例出现电切综合征。结论TUPKP具有创伤小、安全、并发症少等优点,并适合应用于高危前列腺增生的治疗。 Objective To summarize the application of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) in the treatment of high - risk benign prostatic hypcrplasia (BPH). Methods The clinical data of 113 high -risk BPH patients who underwent TUPKP from January 2007 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 111 cases received successful operation,and the mean operative duration was 56 min ;2 cases were changed to open surgery; No case had transurethral resection syndrome. Conclusion TUPKP has advantages of minal invasion, considerable safety and fewer complications,thus is an advisable treatment in high risk BPH patients.
