摘要
在研究电能量计量系统建设现状基础上,提出了"硬件集中、软件集成"的集约化统一化建设模式,阐述了系统的"地区主站+县局子站"组织架构,介绍了系统的应用平台、业务管理和功能模块。
This paper proposes the intensive and integrated construction mode of ＂hardware centralization, software integration＂ through the research on current situation of electric energy metering system eonstruction,elaborates the system structure of ＂regional main station＋county bureau branch station＂ and describes the application platform, business management and function modules.
