重视胆道缺血性损害的预防与处理 被引量：2

摘要 众所周知,胆道系统唯一由肝动脉供血,约占肝动脉血流的50%以上,胆总管的中1/3段及肝门部胆管是缺血最易受伤部位,胆道缺血性病变大多数由医源性引起,至于胆道缺血的后果则与缺血的程度与发生速度相关,一旦发生如未行胆道引流及重建,肝移植是唯一可能治愈的手段。熟悉胆道缺血的病因学，使之尽可能有效地预防其发生，及有可能发生时及时采取补救措施是非常重要的。
