摘要
研究设计了一款自动收线式笔记本电源,它由壳体、上绕线盘、主联接套、卷簧、印刷电路板及其开关电源、隔离板、下绕线盘、导电滑环、紧锁机构和自锁机构等构成。分别介绍了输入线绕线盘及其自锁机构、输出线绕线盘及其自锁机构、开关电源等的设计,重点介绍了该机构如何使用一根卷簧实现输入线和输出线的分别自由收缩。
This article is about the design of an automatic spooler-type portable computer cnarger, wmcu ,~ uu,:~,~ winding dishes, main connecting unit, coil spring, PCB and switching power supply, isolation board, etc. The article respectively introduces the design of the winding plate for input line and self-locking mechanism, the winding plate for output line and self-locking mechanism, as well as the switch power. How to use a coil spring to make input line and output line respectively retract is emphatically introduced.
