摘要
从Hertz理论出发研究了滚动轴承的受力情况,以滚动轴承6206为研究对象,计算了在施加一定载荷的情况下轴承的变形情况、最大应力点、接触区域的尺寸。结合赫兹接触理论对滚动轴承在ANSYS中建模,进行接触计算,并与赫兹接触计算做了比较。
The stress of the roller bearing is researched with the theory of Hertz, focusing on the type of rolling bearing 6206. The deforrdation of the rolling bearing and the biggest stress point and the size of the contact area under the certain load are calculated. With Herts contact theory, this paper buitds the model of the roiling bearing in ANSYS and calculates contact problems, meanwhile, compares the analysis results of the finite element method and the theory of Hertz.
