摘要
根据我国通用铁路客车车体钢结构的特点,基于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,应用参数化程序设计语言APDL对铁路客车车体进行参数化建模,并采用TCL/TK语言为界面二次开发语言,实现ANSYS内部参数与对话框输入参数间的相互传递,更好地适应了人机交互。通过对话框调整车体结构相应参数,便可自动生成车体钢结构几何模型,大大缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率,为后续快速进行有限元分析奠定了基础。
According to car body steel structure feature of general railway passenger cars, based on finite element analysis software ANSYS, the model of a railway passenger car is set up by parametric programming language APDL. And TCL/TK is adopted as interface redevelopment tool to prepare user interface. By adjusting the corresponding body structure parameters, the geometry model of car body steel structure can be automatically generated, this can greatly shorten the design cycle, improve the design efficiency and lay the foundation for finite element analysis.
