摘要
采用ADAMS软件对曲柄摇杆机构进行虚拟样机建模和运动仿真。给出了摇杆C点的位移、速度和加速度曲线,以及惯性力和惯性力矩的变化曲线,说明曲柄摇杆机构具有急回运动的特性。在曲柄等速回转的过程中,摇杆摆动的速度、加速度都是变化的,工作过程中会有惯性力和惯性力矩的存在,不适宜用于高速传动。
The virtual prototype modeling and dynamic simulation of the crack-rocker mechanism are made with ADAMS, and the curve of displacement, velocity, acceleration, inertia force and moment of inertia at the point C are achieved. The results show the crack-rocker mechanism has the quick return characteristics, and the mechanism is not suitable for high-speed transmission, because the changing of rocker speed and the acceleration will lead to inertia force and moment of inertia in the constant revolution process of the crack.
