摘要
经对桃不同品种进行叶柄和花药的过氧化物酶及儿茶酚氧化酶同工酶分析,发现叶柄谱型和花药谱型分别与果实肉质类型及花粉稔性存在显著相关性;推测桃的演化途径为毛桃→硬肉桃→蜜桃→水蜜桃;而蟠桃、油桃系由桃各种群突变演化而成。设想以果实特征为标准将桃分成六个品种群:硬肉桃品种群、蜜桃品种群、水蜜桃品种群、蟠桃品种群、油桃品种群及黄桃品种群。
Analysis of the isozyme of peroxidase and catechol oxidase of petiole and anther of 312 peach varieties indicated that the isozyme patterns of petiole and anther are significantly correlated with the flesh texture and pollen fertility respectively.It is proposed that the evolution of peach varieties follows the order wild peach ( Prunus persica ) →crisp peach ( Ying-Rou-Tao ) →honey peach ( Mi-Tao ) →juicy peach ( Shui-Mi-Tao).The flat peach(Pan-Tao)and nectarine(You-Tao)may be evolved from each group above through mutation. Based on fruit characteristics, the peach varieties may be classified into six groups,i.e.the crisp peach group, the honey peach group, the juicy peach group, the flat peach group, the nectarine group and the yellow peach group.
