摘要
为提高磁力研磨加工性能,基于三轴联动数控铣床,采用永磁磁极代替电磁磁极并在磁极表面开槽,将铣刀改造成磁力研磨加工附件,进行平面精密磁力研磨光整加工.重点阐述了精密磁力研磨装置的结构以及永磁磁极的设计计算,为磁力研磨加工机床的研制提供了理论依据.
In this paper,in order to improve the processing performance of a magnetic abrasive machining,based on the three-axis CNC milling machine,with electromagnetic pole replaced by permanent magnetic pole and the magnetic pole surface slotted,the magnetic abrasive finishing machine tool was developed by transforming milling cutter into magnetic grinding accessory for precision surface processing.Discussion on the structure of magnetic abrasive finishing device for the precision flat surface and the design and calculation of permanent magnet poles lay theoretical foundation for the design of a magnetic abrasive finishing machine.
