摘要
针对齿轮齿条传动伺服进给系统中,因无限不循环小数π导致脉冲当量不是整数,容易产生误差的问题,分析了传统的两种误差处理方案存在的缺陷,并提出了两种新的方案,通过分析给出了四种方案各自的适用范围.
In the servo systems which adopt gear-rack transmission,it easily causes errors because π is the infinite not repeating decimal causing that pulse equivalent is not the integer.There are some deficiencies in two traditional methods for handling errors.In this paper,the detailed analysis and improvement are carried out and two new methods are discussed and put forward.Finally,conclusions were made and their own application fields of four methods were given.
