摘要
为解决普通硅酸盐油井水泥硬化后产生"化学收缩"的问题,有人提出了微膨胀水泥浆,研究该水泥浆的关键是解决如何测量水泥浆的膨胀时间及膨胀量的问题,而目前的膨胀率测量标准过于简单,和现场实际相差太远。为此,建立了一套在高温高压环境下评价水泥浆膨胀率变化规律的方法。首先验证了该实验设备的可靠性,然后用其研究了不同配方水泥浆的膨胀规律。研究发现,随着时间的延长,水泥浆先膨胀后收缩,最后趋于稳定;水泥水化后新物质的生成是水泥浆体积收缩的直接原因;除去环境影响,膨胀率变化主要表现在从稠化过渡时间开始点(30 Bc)起到早期抗压强度形成止这一阶段;不同浆体的膨胀及收缩量是不同的。该研究结果对水泥浆膨胀率的进一步深入研究具有指导意义。
With the development of cementing technology,the physical and chemical performances research of cement slurry is paid more and more attention.A kind of micro-swelling cement is developed faced on the shortage of chemical shrinkage of normal oil well cement after set.So how to measure the swelling time and capacity is a key of studying the micro-swelling cement.In this paper,the liability of swelling rate test apparatus is examined firstly,and the studying results show that with time passing,the cement slurry first swells and then shrinks,finally tends to be stable,and in cement hydration,the new product is the direct cause of the volumetric shrinkage of cement slurry,moreover,without the environmental affection,the swelling rate is mainly changed in the process of from thickening transition time start point(30 Bc) to early compressive strength formed,and different slurries have different swelling and shrinkage capacities.
