在温室内用水培法对两种铁离子及其浓度进行了试验。结果表明,二价和三价铁离子对甜椒植株生长的影响差异达到显著水平。Fe^(+++)中植株平均生长量只有Fe^(++)中的60%,而在低浓度中植株生长量还不到相同浓度Fe^(++)的一半。植株缺绿严重,有的已白化。试验后期叶片开始脱落。除0.7ppm和1.4ppmFe^(++)之间外,同种铁离子浓度之间差异也很显著。含1.4ppm和0.7ppmFe^(++)培养液的pH值,随着植株的生长而提高,而含0.35ppmFe^(++)和含Fe^(+++)的则逐渐降低。
The experiment was conducted in water culture with two iron ions, ferric and ferrous iron,and three concentrations as treatments in green-house. The results indicated that there are significant differences between ferric and ferrous iron on affecting the growth of sweet pepper plants. The mean dry weight of the plant grown in ferric iron solution was only 60% of that grown in ferrous iron solution. Furthermory, the mean dry weight of the plants in lower ferric iron solution was less than half of that in the same concentratron ferrous iron and the plants chlorosis seriously. Some of them were pale-green in leaf colour and began to fall off at the end of the experiment. There were also significant differences among different iron concentration under the same iron except of between 0.7ppm and 1.4ppm Fe, but the growth of former was only 85.97% of that of later's, and the plants showed chlorosis. The pH value of culture solution with 0.7 ppm and 1.4 ppm Fe became higher during the experiment while that of solution with 0.35 ppm Fe^(+ +) and with Fe^(+++) became lower.
