先天畸形产前超声诊断研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的在孕期及早发现胎儿异常,降低出生缺陷率,控制严重先天畸形儿的出生率。方法采用东芝纳米30影像超声诊断仪,探头频率为3.0～4.2MHz。分别于妊娠20～24、27～30、34～36周对胎儿进行系统检查。结果 4 924例超声检查发现先天性胎儿畸形78例,发生率为1.58%。结论掌握先天畸形检查时机,按规定循序检查胎儿各系统器官,对提高胎儿先天畸形诊断率有重要意义。
