摘要
如何在新的信息环境下提升图书馆的服务水平是高校图书馆界普遍关注的问题。通过引入执行力的概念,阐述了执行力与组织结构的密切关系,指出图书馆组织结构优化是提高图书馆执行力的内在要求和现实需要,并详细论述了高校图书馆组织结构优化的原则、模式和推进措施。
How to improve the service of university libraries in new information environment is an issue of widespread concern in the library circle in China. By introducing the concept of executive force,this paper describes the close relationship between executive force and organizational stucture,and points out that optimization of library stucture is the inherent requirement and practical need to improve its executive force. The principles,models and measures of library struture optimization are also discussed in detail.
