摘要
露天矿中深孔爆破大块是露天矿山生产过程中普遍存在的一个问题。文中结合黄麦岭磷化有限责任公司磷矿的爆破情况,全面详细的阐述了大块产生的位置,分析其产出的原因,结合现场的实际地质情况,从爆破设计,孔网布置,起爆方式,施工与管理等方面,总结出降低露天中深孔爆破大块率的具体措施和方法。经现场实践验证,获得了较好的爆破效果。
There is a ubiquitous problem that large lump produces in medium-deep-hole blasting in the produc- tion process of open-pit mines. Combined with the practice of blasting of Huang mailing Phosphate Chemical Co. , Ltd,this paper detailed discusses the position of causing large lump, and analyzes the reasons. Combined with the practical geological conditions, the paper sums up the specific measures in lowering large lump rate in medium-deep- hole blasting in open mines by taking blasting design, blasthole spacing pattern, detonation mode, construction and management into account. Production practice on the scene agrees that these measures resulted in very satisfied effects.
