摘要
对铁基多元合金堆焊层进行了不同工艺的回火处理,以探明回火处理对该堆焊层硬度的影响。结果表明,在400℃以下温度回火时,堆焊层硬度变化不明显;而在400℃以上回火,则随着回火温度的升高,其硬度先升高后降低。堆焊层经500℃保温2 h回火后可获得较高的硬度。
An iron-base multi-component surfacing layer was tempered by different procedures to reveal the effect of tempering on its hardness. The results show that the hardness does not change obviously when the tempering temperature is below 400℃ , and the hardness first increases then decreases with the increase of tempering temperature above 400 ℃. Higher hardness of the surfacing layer can be obtained by tempering at 500℃ for 2 h.
