摘要
妊娠期为需要加强营养的特殊生理时期,妊娠期营养不良或营养过剩的妇女可能出现孕妇和胎儿营养缺乏及某些并发症。营养干预可以帮助孕期妇女合理膳食,控制体重,减少妊娠并发症,获得良好的妊娠结局。本文总结目前国内外妊娠期营养干预的研究进展。
Gestation period is a peculiar physical period of much more nutrition. The pregnant women appeared probably malnutrition or overnutrition, which can result in malnutrition of pregnant women and foetuses and some complication. Nutrition intervention can help pregnant women rationally arrange diets, control weight, decrease complications, obtain good the result of pregnancy.
