The Dynamics of Rowing and the Ways to Improve Rowers' Technique

摘要 用新型智能仪表 SF2船速桨频测量仪采集数据 ,依据动量原理 ,建立赛艇动量方程及动力学方程。指出 ,桨手在滑座上移动时 ,人体质心动量变化产生的力在回桨和拉桨期都会各自交替产生动力和阻力 ,一般拉桨前期产生阻力 ,后期产生动力 ,回桨时相反。强调回桨质量 ,注意延长各段的动力作用时间 ,缩短阻力时间 ,加强低频训练和“意”练 ,让船速和桨频同步提高。 Rowing technique was monitored with the newly designed and computerized SF 2 Pitch Meter and analyzed with fundamentals of momentum. A momentum formula, followed by a new dynamical formula for rowing was then established. It is demonstrated that changing of rower's center of gravity momentum during the draw and recovery phases in a strike circle produces both negative and positive forces for the movement of the scull. In draw the first phase negative and the second phase positive; while in recovery the first phase positive and the second phase negative. The recovery technique should be emphasized. Low strike rate training and image training are suggested to prolong the motive power acting time and to cut down the negative force acting time in a strike circle.
