摘要
网络化的发展，推进了人类信息化进程，但网络也给知识产权的保护带来了难题。本文通过技术方法和法律方法对网络上知识产权的保护提出了一些看法。
With the development of Internet. it is also brought out that protect intellectualproperty rights under newtork conditions. This article discuesses protection measurces oftechnology and law, then introduce some way about intellectual property protection in the networkEnvironment.
