摘要
在H^+,H_2^+,H_3^+与靶原子He,Ne,Ar碰撞过程中,我们观察到大量靶激发的信息,入射离子实验室能量为50-150keV.实验利用TN-1710光学多道分析系统(OMA)测得HeⅠ,NeⅠ,NeⅡ,ArⅠ,ArⅡ的发射光谱线,本文给出了这些谱线的发射截面.实验结果表明:上述碰撞体系中存在着两种靶激发过程,HeⅠ三重态,NeⅠ,ArⅠ谱线的发射截面在H_a^++He,Ne,Ar碰撞体系中最大,在H^++He,Ne,Ar碰撞体系中最小.
The excitation of targets (He, Ne, Ar) by H1+, H2+, H3+ ions impact between 50 and 150 keV,The emission spectra of HeI, NeI, NeII, ArI, ArII lines have been obtained by using TN-1710 Optical multichannel Analysis System (OMA), The emission cross section of that lines are given in this paper. The experimental data show that the emission cross sections of HeI triplet, NeI, ArI are the largest in H3++ He, Ne, Ar collision, While that are the smallest in H1++ He, Ne, Ar collision. It can be qualitatively explained using a point of view of the structure of H_1^+, H_2^+, H_3^+.
