摘要
在分析高等学校教学档案特点的基础上,论述教学档案信息化管理的必要性。从档案信息数字化建设、信息管理标准化、信息传输网络化三方面说明如何实现教学档案信息化管理,如何确保档案信息化传输的安全问题,提出一些必要的保密和安全防范措施。
Based on an analysis of the features of university teaching files,this paper expounds the necessity for the application of information technology.It is argued that three aspects must be considered,namely digital construction,information management standards and information transmission networks.
