摘要
提出了一种基于层次分析法的地区电网建设评估方法.通过负荷密度法建立电网模型,以技术性、经济性和社会性3方面为决策指标建立层次结构,利用层次分析法对郑州新区电压等级序列进行综合性评估,提出了优化电压序列.该方法通过建立判断矩阵,将复杂系统的决策思维进行层次化,改变了以往单纯依靠专家经验确定权重的模式,适用于对配电网综合评价指标权重的确定.
The evaluation method of distribution network construction based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is proposed.By building the model of electric network using the load density method,taking the technical,economic and social aspects as the indicators of decision-making,the hierarchical structure model is established.The voltage class series of Zhengzhou New Area are evaluated synthetically using AHP,and the optimal voltage class series are given.The method establishes the judgment matrix,and analyses the decision-making process of complicated systems hierarchically.It changed the way that the weight is determined by experts experience alone,and the method is suitable to determine the weight of the comprehensive evaluation index for distribution network.The study results can be used as the reference for the voltage class series optimization of Zhengzhou New Area.
