摘要
在KCl的浮选生产过程中捕收剂起着至关重要的作用,选择恰当、适量的捕收剂进行生产,可以获得最佳的KCl浮选收率,从而提高钾矿资源利用率,实现资源的可持续性开发。概述了KCl浮选生产中所用捕收剂的种类及其作用原理,介绍了常用捕收剂的研究现状,并对各种不利生产条件下新型捕收剂的开发现状进行了总结,指出积极开发适合低品位钾矿及低温正浮选生产的新型捕收剂,对实现钾矿资源的高效利用有着重要的现实意义。
The collector is very important in KCl flotation process,selecting the suitable type and right amount of collector in the production can obtain the best flotation yield of KCl and thus improve the utilization ratio of the potassium resources and realize the sustainable development of the resources.This paper expounds the types of collectors used in KCl flotation production and their mechanisms in KCl flotation process,introduces the current study on the commonly used collectors,and sums up the development status of some new-type collectors used under various adverse production conditions,and points out that the active development of new types of collectors suitable for the low-grade potassium ores and low-temperature positive floatation production possesses the important practical significance for realizing the highly efficient utilization of potassium resources.
