摘要
随着时代的发展,高校图书馆文献编目工作面临巨大的挑战。从文献编目标准、套录规范、流程运行及编目人员的综合素质等方面分析了高校图书馆文献编目的现状及存在问题,有针对性地提出了高校图书馆文献编目的创新战略,为文献编目工作的持续创新与优质服务提供了理论支撑。
Along with the development of the times,university library＇s cataloguing work is facing the great challenges.From aspects of cataloguing standards,downloading norms,working procedures,and cataloguing personnel＇s comprehensive qualities,etc.,this paper analyzes the present situation of and problems existing in university library＇s cataloguing work,and puts forward some corresponding innovation strategies for university library＇s cataloguing work for providing theoretical support for the sustainable innovation and quality service of cataloguing work.
