摘要
介绍了天铁热轧板公司应用直上渣洗工艺生产SPHC的过程。通过转炉出钢过程中直接进行渣洗,同时吹氩精炼以促进夹杂物上浮和净化钢液,然后直接进行连铸,可解决提炼过程易增碳和增硅的问题,钢水流动性好,同时降低了冶炼成本。
The process of the application of direct slag washing process in the SPHC production of Tiantie Hot Rolling Mill is explained. The molten steel is washed by slag directly during converter tapping, argon is injected to refine the molten steel and to promote the inclusions floating and purify the liquid steel, and the rinsed steel is then casted directly on caster for producing SPHC. The process can solve the problem of picking up of carbon and silicon during steel refining and ensure good fluidity and lower the production cost.
