摘要
叙述了低品质烧结矿在天铁高炉中的应用。通过改善烧结矿粒级组成,提高烧结矿强度,在煤粉中添加轻烧白云石混合喷吹、提高风温、大富氧操作等关键技术措施,有效地解决了低品质烧结矿所引发的硅高、渣量多的难题,保证高炉稳定顺行,降低了生产成本。
The application of low quality sinter at the blast furnace of Tiantie is described. Critical technical measures were taken of improving sinter size combination, increasing sinter strength, and adopting the mixed injection of pulverized coal with soft burnt dolomite, higher blast temperature and heavy oxygen enrichment operation, to effectively solve the problems of high silicon content and big slag amount due to low quality sinter and to ensure the stable and smooth running of blast furnace with lowered production cost.
