摘要
分析了完井及其管柱的特点,综合考虑井身结构、管柱结构、工作载荷、高温高压及联作等因素,给出了管柱屈曲临界载荷;综合考虑管柱屈曲状态、弯曲摩阻、井口设备、井底封隔器对管柱轴向力与变形的相互影响,给出了管柱载荷、变形、应力计算公式。结合现场实践,得到了完井管柱力学分析方法,据此进行管柱下深、载荷、强度、轴向变形等必要的计算,可得到实用的结论与可操作的建议。
The characteristics of completion and its string is analyzed and the string buckling load is given comprehensively considering the well structure,string structure,work load,high temperature and pressure and combined operation factors.Considering the state of string buckling,bending and friction resistance,wellhead equipment,interaction of axial force and deformation from down-hole packertothe string,the string load,deformation and stress formula are presented.Combined field practice,mechanics analysis for completion string has been gained,whereby the necessary calculations of depth of the string,load,strength,axial deformation are done,available and practical conclusion and recommendation are got.
