摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯 ( MMA)、N-取代马来酰亚胺 ( MI)和苯乙烯 ( St)为主要原料 ,运用悬浮法共聚合成耐热有机玻璃 ( PMMA) ,通过对合成工艺及工艺的优化选择 ,解决了产物高温成型呈黄色这一难题 ,并对共聚产物进行了结构和性能分析。
Methyl methacrylate, styrene and N substituted maleimide were used as main raw materials to copolymerize the heat resistant PMMA. The copolymers would turn yellow and this primary problem has been solved by choosing suitable composition and technology condition of copolymerization. The structure and properties have been analyzed.
